All prices are subject to UK Value Added Tax, charged at a rate of 20% from 4 January 2011.


The diamonds we sell have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict and in compliance with United Nations Resolutions. We guarantee that these diamonds are conflict free, based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by the supplier of these diamonds.


Delivery Times

Orders are generally dispatched within 3-5 working days. We will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible if there will be any delay dispatching your order. If you require your item for a certain date, please inform us when you place your order.

Orders placed from items listed in our 'Steel Orchids Express' section will be dispatched the same day if ordered before midday Monday-Friday while stocks last.  


Orders will be dispatched via standard first class delivery. An upgraded delivery service is available - please see the different express delivery services for pricing.


Our Return policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your item in its original condition within 7 days from the date of shipment.

Conditions of return

You must contact us before you return your purchase. Any unauthorised, improperly packaged, or non-insured package will be returned to the sender. Items must be returned in their original condition, meaning that there are no scratches, marks or blemishes on the item.

Orders received after 7 days will not be accepted for a refund, exchange or repair. Incomplete orders and/or damaged items will not be accepted for a refund.

Any returns showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, personalised, resized or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return.

Earrings are non returnable for hygiene reasons. Bespoke orders (this includes ALL tiaras), engraved items and rings in special sizes, outisde J-Q on ladies rings and outside R-W on mens rings cannot be accepted for a refund. Unless the item is faulty/not the item that you ordered, we are unable to refund the postage costs.

If the item you purchased is faulty please contact us on the email below before returning the item. All returns have to be sent Royal Mail Special Delivery or Royal Mail Recorded 1st Class with full value insurance for the item to be signed for by us.

Due to the organic nature of some of the materials colours and shapes may vary slightly from those pictured. While we have endeavoured to represent the colours of crystals, pearl and other materials accurately on this website, colours may vary. If you would like colours matched to a swatch of material or colour-scheme please inform us when the order is placed.
