* How soon will I receive my jewellery?

Please allow up to six weeks between placing your order and receiving your jewellery. If you need your jewellery sooner, please contact me first to check that I can complete your order within the timescales required.

* What is your returns policy?

Each item of jewellery is handmade to order, as per your specifications, so I am unable to offer a returns policy based on anything other than a fault with the item.

* How do I know which tiara to choose?

I am happy to advise on jewellery styles. For example, if you would like help choosing your tiara, you can email me a photograph of you, your dress and the hairstyle you are thinking of having, and I'll be happy to advise on styles which would suit you, or suggest a custom design to suit your outfit or theme.

* I've seen something I like on the website, can I have it changed slightly or made to match my outfit or colour-scheme?

Yes, because each item of jewellery is handmade to order, colours and design changes can be made easily, as long as they are agreed before you place your order.
You can see examples of different crystal, pearl and gemstone colours on the website. Alternatively, you can send me a swatch of material or sample of a colour you would like me to match and I can let you know the different alternatives.
