Delivery Times
For handmade items, please allow up to six weeks between placing your order and receiving your jewellery. If you need your jewellery sooner, please contact me first to check that I can complete your order within the timescales required.
For all other non-handmade items we aim to dispatch with in 48 hours of receipt of cleared payment. If the item is out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible and offer you the option of cancelling the order free of charge.
If your order is really urgent you're best to give us a call and we'll be able to advise if we can get it to you on time.
Returns
Goods returned for a refund must be posted back to us within 7 days of you receiving them.
No postage or packaging costs will be refunded.
All returns must be in their original (undamaged) packaging.
It is your responsibility to ensure we receive the goods returned and returns should be insured against transit damage or loss.
For hygiene reasons we can not accept the return of earrings for pierced ears or sets containing earrings.
Handmade Items - Important Note:
Each handmade item of jewellery is made to order, as per your specifications, so I am unable to offer a returns policy based on anything other than a fault with the item. Any refunds will at the discretion of the company and postage costs will not be eligable for refund.
As each item of jewellery is handmade there may be slight variations in design or materials used.
Due to the organic nature of some of the materials colours and shapes may vary slightly from those pictured.
While we have endevoured to represent the colours of crystals, pearl and other materials accurately on this website, colours may vary. If you would like colours matched to a swatch of material or colour-scheme please inform us when the order is placed.
